The Cascade Mountains in Washington State stand guard over Puget Sound. It doesn't take very long to travel from Bellingham Bay at the northern end of the sound to the mountains. This 5 x 7 oil painting is another of my Puget Sound landscapes. If you visit the Skagit Valley just south of the town of Bellingham on Bellingham Bay in Washington State, you will see similar vistas.
