I'm dreaming about the beach. I love spending time on the Pacific Coast--walking, taking it easy, and flying kites. There are kite festivals in the spring and summer all up and down the coast--Long Beach, Westport, and Ocean Shores. They all partake in sponsoring kite festivals.
