October is the month of fog. I awoke this morning to a typical foggy Northwest morning. Keep the headlights on low, drive slowly, and watch the fog lift to a sunny afternoon. That's what I expect in October, and that is what happened today. This little 5x7 inch oil painting was inspired by the early morning fog of October. I love the mystery and cool temperature of the fog and captured it in this painting. It was created on a 1/4 inch gessoed hardboard panel and will last a life time. This painting is for sale at Small Impressions Gallery for $50.00 plus $6.50 for shipping to US addresses.
