Bright sunshine and a pear on a lace cloth formed the inspiration for this 8x10 inch oil painting. The pattern of the lace was the biggest challenge. I kept reminding myself to suggest the lace and avoid getting caught up with detail. The suggestion seems to have worked. Technorati tags:
