This 5 x 7 oil painting on gessoed hardboard is one of a series of paintings I have done over the past few months of pathways and roads. This particular landscape was inspired by a sunny summer walk I took at a county park near Lakewood, Washington State. The park was full of sunlight and a mix of warm yellows and cool greens.
