At the Nisqually National Wildlife Refuge in Washington State there is a wonderful collection of hiking trails. Hikes of 15 minutes to four hours offer delightful exercise year around. There are opportunities for bird watching, fishing, hunting, boating, and of course, painting. Towering maple trees add color to an autumn adventure at the refuge.
