The first rainstorm of the fall season hit hard today. Pouring rain, fog, and a dismal sky have coerced my thought patterns away from landscape paintings to the confines of my studio. As I tried to get myself moving, I found this colorful abstract I created a few weeks ago. The bright colors, the movement and the textures are motivating me into a expressive world of abstraction.
