On my recent bike trip, I stopped by a field of cows and snapped some reference photos. It's been a while since I've painted a cow, so I reviewed some of my previous cattle paintings hoping for some inspiration. This one is 5x7 inches on a hardboard panel and is for sale at Small Impressions Gallery at Etsy for $50.00 plus $6.50 for shipping. Because it is painted on a 1/4 inch hardboard panel, it will last a lifetime. I call her the Breakfast Cow because she looked like she was getting her first meal of the day.
